Loved the look, so ordered. Unfortunately card holder had a small defect when arrived, purely aesthetic and didn't affect the function. Contacted support, and they were quick to send me a replacement for free, despite living in Australia. Great customer service, and best wallet/card holder I've owned.

EKSTER was able to replace my wallet which had a malfunctioning click mechanism on it within 5 business days. Very fast and reasonable customer service. Thank you again.

Bought their Parliament wallet in Napa Black about 6 months ago and the card slide mechanism broke about 3 weeks ago. Emailed support and got a replacement yesterday. Great experience and really enjoy the product!

I've been an avid customer for over a year and I've purchased additional units as gifts. My unit has failed and after an ineffective exchange with their customer service, they indicated that my "metal-like" credit card could've caused the failure and they suggested I keep the card I use 90% of the time under the strap! That will not work! I thought this wallet would outlast my previous leather wallets.......WRONG! DON'T GET FOOLED LIKE ME - THE APPARATUS WILL FAIL.

Received the metal wallet as a gift. A waiter knocked it off the table at a restaurant and I was no longer able to extract any cards. Received replacement: same problem, grand-daughter knocked it off the table and the mechanism broke again. Two emails to customer service got crickets. Save your money.

The wallet does not hold cards securely. I was walking out of the post office and someone behind me was nice enough to say that credit cards fell on the floor. I reached out to Ekster and they told me to send a video. Even though I am great at photography, this is easier said than done. I am in the return period but even though there is a 45 day return period, they have to "approve it." The second order was sent to the wrong address. I have tried to get Ekster to respond and finally resorted to a credit card dispute. The wallet is poorly designed, because bills can be place in a strap on the inside, but then the wallet does not close. Ekster has no phone support. You can chat but good luck with that.

Very helpful when placing my online order. I made changes to the type of wallet I wanted and forgot to add the free cash clip, and Francisco was more than helpful. He updated my order twice quickly without issue. Excited to get my new wallet and key holder!

Great customer service. I had a faulty product and after a thorough investigation, they made it right.

It only works with soft-thin plastic cards. It does not work with Chase Sapphire credit cards.

Also, when you go to their review site, check out the 1-star reviews. They are all positive remarks. Why would a bunch of people leave 1-star reviews with positive remarks? Seems sketchy

My son loves his Ekster wallet so when the pop-up function quit working he was frustrated. I reached out to Ekster to see what to do to get it repaired, and they immediately responded! After asking for some photos, they quickly offered to replace the wallet. They didn't even make us mail back the first one! I'm highly impressed with Ekster's customer service. Keep up the great work!
